The Crown Verity MCB-60RDP-NG mobile grill has a built-in handle on the side to make maneuvering the unit easy. Two 14-inch-diameter wheels on the front and two swivel casters on the rear make transporting the grill easy. Since the unit has a unibody design, it is lightweight enough for transporting for catering, renting, and other events and also provides structure. Stainless steel is used to construct the unit for durability and corrosion resistance. The undershelf and angled legs add to the strength and structure of the unit.Two 30-inch roll domes come with the grill to protect food from outdoor contaminants while keeping the flavor and heat around the food. Two 30-inch bun racks also are included to hold bread and other delicate foods. A pan sits under the cooking grate to collect grease and debris for easy clean up. Eight burners are spread 5.75 inches apart to create an even cooking surface so food is evenly cooked no matter where it is placed on the grate.
