Equipped with a self-balancing design, the upper plate settles on top of the product, presses it consistently, and achieves an even grill. Because the handle on the top plate is heavy duty, operators can lower the top onto the grill without it bending or warping.The heating system in this Equipex PANINI PREMIUM/1 panini grill is designed to operate rapidly while providing a consistent heating pattern on the plates, and its temperature is adjustable on the thermostat, which has a maximum 570-degree Fahrenheit setting.
