The Primo PSM-80E floor mixer fully utilizes the capabilities of its dual-motor design with its three mixing modes. The manual mode is its baseline, single-speed mode, while its semi-automatic mode shifts the speed of the mixer between two presets at regular intervals. The automatic mode also shifts the speed, though it will shut off on its own after a certain interval of time has passed. This mixer utilizes a spiral design, where the bowl rotates alongside the mixing element to ensure even ingredient mixing. For added protection against clumps of unmixed ingredients, operators can put the mixing elements in reverse.Built for stability, the Primo PSM-80E spiral mixer comes with a durable construction to prevent damage caused by rigorous use. It’s a floor model measuring 291/10 inches wide by 473/5 inches deep by 563/10 inches tall, and it rests on a series of adjustable platform casters.
