The Summit VC28S wine cooler has a 28 bottle capacity that will fit on the three wooden shelves that come in the cabinet. The shelves slide out for simple loading. Double pane, tempered glass protects wine from harmful light while also allowing you to easily see in the cabinet. LED lighting in the cabinet provides even more visibility. You can set the lights on showcase mode, functional mode, or keep them on until they manually shut off.This unit has digital controls for easy use. Temperatures can be set to read in Celsius or Fahrenheit and range from 40 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit. You are alerted by an alarm if temperatures go out of the set range or if the door has been open for over a minute. The interior is evenly cooled thanks to the compressor. You can set the unit on Sabbath mode, which shuts off the lights and alarms for 96 hours.
