Its ducted fan air distribution system directs heat toward the food zone. While the high-density polyurethane insulation retains generated heat to minimize energy loss, alarms sound if the doors aren't closed after a short period of time to prevent temperature fluctuations. Staff can adjust and manage temperatures with the digital temperature control and monitoring system, respectively.
