This single-section unit is equipped with two right-hinged swing doors so trolleys can be inserted through the front and retrieved from the back. These full-length stainless steel solid doors features a glass window that provides an interior view. To ease trolley insertion and removal, both doors stay open past 120 degrees, and a stainless steel ramp is included with this cabinet. Overall, this unit measures 34 inches wide by 491⁄2 inches deep by 841⁄4 inches tall. For easy cleaning, long-term durability, and rust and corrosion resistance, both the interior and exterior are stainless steel, while its top and bottom are galvanized steel.The Turbo Air PRO-26H2-G-RT heated cabinet creates an appropriate holding environment for prepared dishes that retains flavors and moisture.
