With a temperature range of 200-550 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit can be used to cook a variety of products, such as burgers, chicken breasts, and pancakes.Measuring 36 inches wide by 31.50 inches deep by 15.25 inches high, the Wolf ASA36 gas griddle is designed for countertop use.
