The sides, front, and top ledge of the Wolf ASA48 gas griddle are constructed of stainless steel—a long-lasting metal that resists rusting and corroding. Adding durability, it features a fully welded aluminized and stainless steel chassis, while its cool bull-nose design reduces the risk of injury during operation. For additional safety, its bottom heat shields protect the surface it rests on from damage. Measuring 48 inches wide by 31.50 inches deep by 15.25 inches high, it’s designed for countertop placement.The Wolf ASA48 countertop griddle features a 1-inch-thick plate made of easy-to-clean polished steel. It’s heated by four U-shaped aluminized steel burners, each of which is individually controlled with an embedded snap-action thermostat. Suitable for a variety of applications, operators can adjust the temperature between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
