To provide further durability, this unit features a fully welded aluminized and stainless steel chassis.The sides, front, and top ledge of the Wolf ASA72 countertop griddle are constructed of stainless steel to ensure long service life, as this metal resists rusting and corroding and can be quickly wiped clean when needed. It’s equipped with two 6-quart grease drawers to collect runoff, and its back and side splashes protect walls and nearby equipment from splatter.
