Each burner's head has a lift-off design that eases the cleaning process, and every set of two burners has a pilot light and flashtube burner ignition system that conserves energy. Reducing the risk of burns, the operator can control the heat of the burners with control knobs that are resistant to heat. Durable grates over the burners support pots and pans, while the rear set is larger to accommodate hefty stockpots. Aeration bowls in the grates direct heat to the cookware to increase efficiency.In the base of this Wolf C36C-6B restaurant range, a convection oven provides a place for baking, and it uses a fan to circulate air, speeding up the cooking process and evenly distributing heat. To suit different products and applications, the oven temperature is adjustable between 250 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat.
