Dampers are designed to work with pressure systems up to 1.2" W.C. All DAOP 3-Wire damper frames are constructed of heavy gauge extruded aluminum with galvanized steel mounting plate. Extruded aluminum blades are attached to .5" diameter octagonal steel shafts which are supported by nylon bushings for smooth operation.                         The Robertshaw SRT Thermostats (also called Hydraulic) were designed for use in conventional electric ovens. The “SRT” means single range thermostat, referring to the single operating range of temperature this model uses for bake and broil. For this, the SRT employs a double pole single throw switch actuated by the hydraulic temperature sensitive bulb. Shaft rotation is clockwise to increase temperature. The SRT thermostat does not have a positive “OFF” position. At the lowest setting, 150°F, it is in a “warm” position. The oven is turned on and off by a separate switch. The operating temperature rating of the switch body is 221°F (105°C). The length of the capillary tube between the switch mechanism and the sensing bulb can be anywhere between 30" and 80". The operating temperature rating of the sensing bulb is 550°F (288°C) due to the type of hydraulic oil used.

                        These 3511 and 3520 Series pressure operated damper controls are for compressor head pressure control of air-cooled air conditioning/refrigeration equipment under low ambient temperature conditions. When lowering outside air temperatures begin to reduce head pressure, the pressure operator modulates the damper louvers, reducing the flow across the condenser. The reduced air flow maintains head pressure at the correct point for the most efficient operation, and keeps running time to a minimum during all low ambient conditions. The 3511/3520’s connect to the high pressure side of the system between the condenser and the receiver with 1/4" O.D. tubing.                         The 4060-700 (MSC) Series has a thin flexible, mercury filled capillary. Any excess capillary on a replacement valve may be coiled out of the way as required (caution should be taken to avoid crimping) and will not affect the valve operation. Models vary by inlet and outlet size and capillary length. Determine the specifications and refer to the ordering chart. Maximum ambient temperature 450°F. All valves are factory set for LP gas. The 3433 Gard-Pak II Motor Protector Kits are designed to replace the MP13, MP23 (3423) or MP33 (3433) motor protectors which may have failed, been damaged, or are not operating correctly. The 3433 module is the latest in a series of functionally similar controls and utilizes the most advanced state of the art internal circuitry to rapidly and accurately recognize and react to temperature changes in the stator windings of a motor. The 3433 module utilizes a vibration-resistant enclosed relay which mechanically isolates the solid-state sensing network from the equipment control circuit. This mechanical relay has been used to replace the Triac circuit used in the earlier MP23 (3423) Series. The larger size of this relay necessitates a slightly higher profile on the 3433 than on the MP23. Caution should be exercised to ensure adequate clearance if the 3433 is being used to replace a MP23 module. The 3433 also has a second capacitor to prevent contactor chattering problems. This capacitor also provides protection against momentary "opens" or chatter caused by voltage spikes. The module assembly is bonded in epoxy to ensure that the unit is unaffected by vibration, moisture or other contaminants. The application of a 3433 module requires embedded sensors in the stator windings of a motor. Therefore, these kits can only be used in applications where a Robertshaw® motor protector was part of the original equipment, unless the stator is rewound with new sensors in place.3433-047 Manual reset model requires use of a remote momentary "on" switch (provided by customer) to reset module in the event of an over-temperature condition. Note: The contact resistance and lead resistance of this switch must not exceed 0.15 ohms
